Baseline workload of 5–6 days per week at 8 hours per day, with time zones broadly aligned with Europe
Also a few candidates with around 6 hours delay in any direction would be great
Their Manager now is in CET, another timezone would be good so they cover the whole day
Daily hands-on involvement in chats and direct contact with models/supervisors; ongoing analysis of chatting and performance KPIs with root-cause problem solving; direct leadership, coaching, and quality control of supervisors; owning each model's on-platform appearance, content plans, and scripts via WhatsApp communication; daily use of AI tools and internal analytics dashboard; identifying inefficiencies and driving revenue levers.
