Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager/General Manager for Doncaster to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
- Ensure SOPs, health & safety, and company standards are consistently followed.
- Lead, motivate, and develop hotel teams.
- Monitor guest feedback and resolve operational issues.
- Support the General Manager with budgets, cost control, KPIs, and performance.
- Drive operational improvements and implement company initiatives.
- Work closely with Head Office and department heads to achieve business objectives.

Prerequisites
- 3+ years of hotel operations experience.
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Good financial and commercial understanding.
- Knowledge of hotel operations, PMS, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Guest-focused and hands-on approach.
- Flexible to work weekends and travel when required.
