Job Description
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Communications or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative operations or content management.
- Basic understanding of mobile applications, digital platforms, online services and common operational processes.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with users, internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word; familiarity with CRM, ticketing systems, CMS or other digital business tools is an advantage.

- Gather required promotional assets, audio files, album art, lyrics, and artist bios from newly signed labels and independent artists.
- Upload audio files and metadata into the platform’s content management system accurately and according to strict schedule requirements.
- Maintain updated operational trackers, deal logs and contact directories for all onboarded artists and record labels.
- Act as the first point of contact for routine operational queries from content partners regarding upload status, reporting or portal access.
- Assist in archiving signed agreements, organizing digital documentation and preparing routine operational reports for the team.
- Regularly monitor application functions and user activities, identify operational issues or abnormalities and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Monitor subscription, payment, renewal, cancellation, and transaction-related operational processes and coordinate with Finance or relevant teams when issues arise.
