Operations Program Specialist

As an Operations Program Specialist at ICON, you will support the operational aspects of various programs within the organization, contributing to the successful execution of projects and initiatives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering project and program management work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient clinical trial operations.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful trial execution.
  • Providing operational support and guidance to project teams throughout the trial lifecycle.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Monitoring trial progress and addressing any issues or deviations in a timely manner.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant project and program management experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in clinical trial operations, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, guidelines, and industry standards.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Employment with ICON is contingent upon having the legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
