Pay Rate: £26,265
Grade: O
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm & 11am to 7pm, weekly rotate
Location: Rugby

We're now looking for a Operation Support Specialist!
A Typical Day May Involve
- Identify and respond to issues quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the transportation department.
- Re-booking of orders or loads which have missed their booking.
- Communicate any issues, verbal and written to the Coordinator, notifying them of any issues which may require further follow up.

This Role Would Suit People Who
- Have previous administration experience.
- Have transport experience (would be beneficial).
- Are IT literate, with Microsoft Office Packages, Excel.
