Operational Administrator - National Admin
Location: Home & Magna Park, Lutterworth
Position Type: Permanent & FTC
Contract Type: Full Time
Hours of work: 37.5 hours/week - Monday to Friday to cover 07:00am to 5:00pm

We currently have a full-time vacancy for an Administrator at our National Administration Department. This is a hybrid role where you will work remotely from home and in our BSS Magna Park based in Lutterworth, which we service all BSS branches throughout England, Wales, Northern Ireland & Scotland.
Reporting to a Senior, you will be trained to be multi-skilled for:
- Raising branch paperwork as part of the customer returns process
- Coordinating with branches to help resolve query actions
- Issuing credits to speed up customer query resolution
- Providing copy documents to customers where required
- Effectively supporting the branch network, to increase operational efficiency

To Be Successful
Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be to a high standard. You will be organized with the ability to plan your workload, have an aptitude for figures, good IT skills, especially using spreadsheets.
- At least C grade GCSE in English and Maths
- Possess excellent customer service skills and can naturally generate relationships both locally and remotely
- Highly motivated; must have the desire to make things happen on time
- Be willing to help others, to work as part of an effective and communicative team
We are looking for self-motivated individuals with good communication skills and with the ability to work well under pressure on their own and as part of the team. You may work across all of our existing teams as required, so a flexible and positive attitude towards your work is essential.
