Role Description
As an Operational Agent at Clean & Gleam Cleaning Services Ltd., you will support the day-to-day coordination of cleaning teams and schedules to ensure services are delivered on time and to agreed standards. You will handle job allocations, monitor staff attendance, and update work plans based on client requests and operational priorities. The role includes:

You will also help maintain records of work completed, report any health and safety concerns, and support continuous improvement of processes and customer service. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belfast.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle schedules, job assignments, and multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with staff, supervisors, and clients.
- Basic administrative and computer skills, such as using email, scheduling tools, and maintaining simple records.
- Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy when updating job information, following procedures, and meeting service standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment, including problem-solving and making decisions with minimal supervision.
- Understanding of or willingness to learn health and safety practices relevant to cleaning operations and on-site work.
- Previous experience in operations, facilities, cleaning services, or a similar coordination role is beneficial but not required.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable engaging with diverse colleagues and clients in a professional and respectful manner.
