Role Summary
£28,000 | Hybrid (at least 2 days a week from the Witney office)
Search Intelligence Ltd is looking for someone to join the team as our Operational and Financial Administrator to help oversee the development of internal systems, support with financial workflows, and oversee all administrative work.
This role combines administration, financial operations and optimization. The successful candidate will ensure all operational processes are reported accurately and efficiently, with regular auditing of vendors, payments and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Operational responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries regarding service status and logistics.
- Prepare and dispatch paperwork and equipment through arranging collections and shipments.
- Maintain accurate reports and records of all transactions and receipts.
- Answer emails and telephone calls professionally and promptly.
- Support the wider team and other departments with administrative tasks.
- Create accurate and efficient systems for operational reports and records.
- Oversee and regularly audit vendors and third-party tools.
- Work alongside existing team to deliver the best service and communication to all external parties.

Financial responsibilities
- Support with invoice processing and finance administration from vendors and clients.
- Process and document customer and vendor queries, including sales orders, receipts, updates, quotations and more.
- Maintain accurate and high-quality documentation, records and reports of invoices, records, certifications and other paperwork.
- Support with and improve internal financial processes.
Required experience and skills
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administrative role with demonstratable success in refining processes and administration.
- Excellent and highly professional written and verbal communication.
- A critical approach to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other operational softwares.
- Proficient in financial softwares such as Xero and Stripe.

Desirable experience and skills
- Comfortable using or learning to use AI.
- Knowledge and experience of financial and logistical processes.
- Knowledge of the Digital PR and SEO industry.
