About The Role

X Shore is in an exciting restart phase, with the business being rebuilt under new ownership. We are now looking for an Operational Buyer who wants to help ensure the supply of materials to our production and contribute to building efficient working methods in procurement and logistics.

This is an operational role with a strong focus on execution. We are looking for someone who thrives working close to the business, takes ownership and drives issues to completion. You are solution-oriented, structured and comfortable working in an environment where not all processes are yet fully established.

The position is based on-site at our office and production facility in Nyköping.

Responsibilities

  • Place and administer purchase orders.
  • Follow up on order confirmations, delivery dates and open purchase orders.
  • Actively monitor material flow and ensure materials are delivered on time.
  • Handle delivery delays and escalate with suppliers when necessary.
  • Identify alternative solutions to minimise risks of production stoppages.
  • Map, follow up and report order status.
  • Manage booking and coordination of incoming transports.
  • Ensure correct information in the ERP system and follow-up tools.
  • Work closely with production, planning, warehouse and suppliers.
  • Contribute to developing and improving procurement and logistics processes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
