At GreensafeIT, we are an IT recycler and supplier of IT services, having overseen more than 3 million devices throughout the IT lifecycle. As a result, we are perfectly placed to provide our customers with expert guidance and advice across this complex and fast-moving market.
We provide a comprehensive range of IT lifecycle services including IT spares and nationwide logistics, datacentre and office relocations, device configuration and builds, bonded stock solutions, on-site engineering support, and project management services.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Operational Cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming working environment at our Berry Hill site in Droitwich.
In this hands-on role, you will support the Facilities team by carrying out routine cleaning across warehouse, office, welfare, and communal areas. You will help keep operational spaces tidy, hygienic, and safe, including cleaning floors, restrooms, emptying bins, disinfecting high-touch surfaces, and responding quickly to minor spills or cleaning requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Clean warehouse, office, welfare, and communal areas to a high standard.
- Use cleaning equipment, including a push-along floor cleaning machine, safely and effectively.
- Empty waste and recycling bins and dispose of materials correctly.
- Disinfect high-touch areas such as door handles, handrails, switches, and shared equipment.
- Keep walkways, entrances, loading areas, and accessible warehouse spaces clean and clear.
- Follow cleaning schedules, checklists, health and safety guidance, and site procedures.
- Report hazards, maintenance issues, or equipment concerns to the Facilities team.
- Monitor cleaning and hygiene supplies and request replenishment when needed.

Previous cleaning experience would be helpful, but a positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to health and safety are just as important.
What We Are Looking For

- Awareness of health and safety, including safe use of cleaning products and PPE where required.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
- Willingness to carry out a physical role involving standing, walking, bending, and using cleaning equipment.
