Operational Control Centre Coordinator
What You'll Be Doing
As An Operational Coordinator, You Will:
- Help manage international moves from the point they are booked through to completion.
- Monitor the progress of jobs to make sure they stay on track and meet agreed timelines.
- Work as part of a team providing support across a 24-hour operation.
- Spot potential problems or delays and help find solutions to keep services running smoothly.
- Keep customers, colleagues, and clients informed of any updates, changes, or delays.
- Receive and prioritise requests for removals and relocation services.
- Check information is accurate and complete, contacting customers where details are missing.
- Create, update, and maintain records using company systems.
- Ensure any changes or cancellations are passed to the right teams quickly.
- Keep information up to date so everyone has access to the latest job status.
- Be the first point of contact for customer questions and help resolve issues where possible.
- Use vehicle tracking systems to monitor journeys and movements.
- Report any incidents or concerns to management promptly.
- Work closely with colleagues across different teams to ensure customers receive a smooth and reliable service.

What You'll Need
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Is comfortable using IT systems and learning new technology.
- Can quickly understand new processes and ways of working.
- Enjoys helping people and providing excellent customer service.
- Builds positive relationships with customers, clients, and colleagues.
- Works well as part of a team and supports others when needed.
- Is eligible to obtain Home Office Counter Terrorist Clearance (CTC).
