Operational Delivery Agent
We're looking for an Operational Delivery Agent to join the team at our Head Office in Wallasey. Our total package is worth upto £30,842.04 depending on experience.

Financials
- Starting Salary: £27,101.46 dependent on experience
- Annual Bonus: approx. £2000 - £2500
- Pension Contribution: 5.5%
Working Hours
- Full Time: 37.5hrs per week
- Available Shifts:
- Monday-Friday (9:00-17:00) - 37.5hrs per week
- Monday - Friday (12:00-20:00) - 37.5hrs per week
- Wednesday-Sunday (9:00-17:00) - 37.5hrs per week

- 22 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays

The Role
Working within the Operational Delivery Team involves full training across all services within the operation.
- You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our day-to-day operations run as smoothly and as efficiently as possible.
- Each day may look different, depending on the demands of the operation, as the Team is reactive to resource shortfalls, surges in demand and unplanned operational changes.
- Working across multiple different teams within the business, developing knowledge and being a point of contact for the operation for queries across all services.
What might you do each day:
- Work flexibly across multiple teams, prioritising based on operational demand.
- Review engineer site data and produce clear technical reports.
- Make technical decisions in line with insurer policy requirements.
- Support engineers on site, managing any scope changes or issues as they arise.
- Handle inbound calls from engineers, clients and customers across all teams.
- Carry out open reviews of claims to maintain accuracy and efficiency across the operation.
- Act as a go-to point of contact for colleagues needing guidance or support.
