Operations Excellence Co-ordinator Opportunity
An exceptional opportunity has been created for an Operations leader to join a high performing team in a large-scale operation at our Dungannon site as an Operations Excellence Co-ordinator.
The Operational Excellence Co-ordinator will have significant autonomy to help drive a culture of continuous improvement across all departments at site, embedding Operational Excellence (OPEX) principles and supporting teams to deliver sustainable performance improvements making a meaningful difference.
Our business is thriving and this role is placed at the centre of the operation enabling the successful applicant the freedom to take ownership, influence and contribute to the continued success of the team and site.

What You’ll Do
- Be part of the senior site team leading cultural excellence throughout the site
- Support the deployment and sustainability of the site OPEX programme
- Coach and develop teams in continuous improvement methodologies and problem-solving tools
- Lead site maturity assessments and identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate delivery of improvement projects and Gap Up initiatives
- Drive standardisation, performance measurement and visual management
- Develop and maintain site improvement plans, project schedules and progress reporting

What You’ll Bring
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence or Lean environments
- Ability to influence, coach and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Organised, proactive and results-focused approach
- Experience within FMCG or manufacturing environments (desirable)
- Degree and/or Lean Six Sigma qualification (desirable)
