We are seeking an experienced continuous improvement and operational excellence professional with a strong background in live production (experience in Pork Live Production or Feed Mills is highly advantageous). The ideal candidate must possess an ownership attitude, strong analytical skills, and real gravitas to engage and empower teams across multiple sites. Hands-on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and labor management performance tools is essential.

About the Role
The role combines strategic OpEx alignment, live working document management, and site-level coaching, with a focus on closing technical GAPs and driving profitability across live operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the OpEx Management Pillar across business units
- Oversee theoretical GAP benchmarks
- Work closely with Site Leadership Teams and BU Directors to build and deliver KPI-driven improvement plans

Role Focus
This role acts as the key champion for operational excellence across live sites—leading labour tool optimisation, managing project budgets, supporting procurement RFX processes, and embedding sustainable methods through coaching and active site engagement.
Location
Based in Great Britain, requiring mobility across live operations sites with dynamic support to site leadership teams.
