Drive Operational Excellence Across a Growing Wealth Management Business

Titan Wealth is a fast-growing wealth management business, both in the UK and internationally. It has evolved a fairer, more efficient and effective business model, structured to deliver leading advice-led wealth management services, giving financial advisers and their clients the best opportunity to fulfil their dreams and ambitions.

We provide a dynamic work environment full of opportunity, one where both individual and team initiative and contribution is encouraged, so that together we can deliver better outcomes for our clients over the long term.

Titan Wealth is seeking an experienced and proactive Operational Excellence Manager to join our Central Operations team.

This is a highly visible role that sits at the heart of the organisation, partnering with teams across the business to deliver process improvements, operational consistency, and scalable solutions that support our continued growth. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, regional teams, Data, Technology, and Operations functions to identify opportunities for improvement, optimise workflows, and ensure operational processes are fit for purpose.

If you are passionate about continuous improvement, process design, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement within a regulated environment, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a hybrid working role open to all of our Titan office locations across the UK.

The Opportunity

As an Operational Excellence Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping how Titan Wealth operates. Acting as a subject matter expert for operational processes and systems, you'll drive initiatives that improve efficiency, enhance controls, and support business-wide adoption of best practice.

You will be responsible for ensuring operational processes are practical, scalable, well-documented, and aligned to the business's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the subject matter expert for iO and ensure operational processes and procedures are practical, scalable, and aligned with agreed standards.
  • Manage and maintain CRM configurations, workflows, and operational settings, working closely with Technology and Data teams.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, enhance efficiencies, and introduce automation solutions.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and operational controls.
  • Lead workshops with stakeholders across the business to gather requirements, analyse processes, and drive change initiatives.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and improvement opportunities to senior management.
  • Work collaboratively with Data teams to ensure CRM and document management processes operate effectively and consistently.
  • Partner with regional teams to identify process inconsistencies and support the adoption of standardised operating practices.
  • Support integrations, acquisitions, onboarding activity, and wider business transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure processes, controls, systems, and training programmes are successfully implemented and embedded within day-to-day operations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
