We are looking for an Operational Excellence Manager to support a large UK energy retailer. Working as part of a front-line debt collection environment, you will help operational teams improve their performance by applying practical Operational Excellence methods and techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Support performance improvement initiatives within front-line debt collection operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and ways of working.
- Apply Operational Excellence techniques to address performance challenges.
- Work with operational teams and relevant stakeholders to define and implement improvements.
- Help translate improvement opportunities into practical actions.
- Support the review of results and the continuous improvement of operational performance.

What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong experience in Operational Excellence and operational performance improvement.
- Practical experience applying Operational Excellence techniques within operational teams.
- Ability to work effectively with front-line teams and business stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Professional command of English.

Project details
- Client: large UK energy retailer
- Location: Windsor, UK
- On-site presence: approximately every couple of weeks
- Start: as soon as possible
- Initial duration: approximately 6 months
- Candidate location: UK-based candidates are preferred; candidates based elsewhere in Europe may also be considered where regular travel to Windsor is feasible
