The Role
We are currently hiring for an Operational Excellence Trainer in our London office to design and deliver high-quality training that strengthens operational capability, controls and continuous improvement across our UK and European teams.
What You'll Be Doing
- Training strategy: Partner with HR and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and build practical training plans that meet business needs.
- Content development: Create, update and maintain clear training materials, process guides and resources with effective version control.
- Training delivery: Deliver engaging learning across Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Finance, service providers and contracted partners in the UK and continental Europe.
- Insight and reporting: Monitor participation and outcomes, produce detailed analysis and recommend improvements to training effectiveness and operational quality.
- Process improvement: Provide subject matter expertise for new processes, support audit actions and help strengthen controls, governance and adoption across the business.

What We're Looking For
- Training expertise: Extensive experience developing and delivering complex, comprehensive training materials for varied audiences.
- Change delivery: Proven experience delivering project or change training, ideally in an operational environment.
- Insurance knowledge: Knowledge of Underwriting or Claims processes, together with an understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Analytical capability: Experience collating and writing reports, analysing results and turning findings into practical improvements.
- Working style: Excellent attention to detail, strong Microsoft Office skills and a proactive, organised and collaborative approach, with flexibility to travel as required.
