The Role

We are currently hiring for an Operational Excellence Trainer in our London office to design and deliver practical training that strengthens processes, controls and operational quality across our UK and European teams.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Training strategy: Partner with HR and senior leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted training plans.
  • Content development: Build, update and control clear training materials, process guides and resources for new and existing ways of working.
  • Engaging delivery: Deliver training to varied audiences across Underwriting, Operations, Claims, Finance and wider business functions.
  • Performance insight: Monitor participation and outcomes, produce detailed reporting and recommend improvements based on the results.
  • Process support: Provide subject matter expertise for projects, audits and operational improvement activity across internal teams and external partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Training expertise: Extensive experience creating and delivering complex, comprehensive training materials and programmes.
  • Change delivery: Proven ability to deliver project or change training to varied audiences and adapt content to different needs.
  • Insurance knowledge: Knowledge of Underwriting or Claims processes, ideally within a regulated insurance environment.
  • Operational improvement: Experience analysing processes, training results and data to improve quality, controls and governance.
  • Clear communication: Strong report writing, Microsoft Office, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills, with excellent attention to detail.
