How you’ll play your part

We're looking for someone who is proactive and customer-focused, with experience operating within a regulated financial environment in the automotive industry. You'll combine industry knowledge with a passion for delivering great customer outcomes, confidently navigating a fast-paced and evolving landscape while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.

In this role you’ll support the Operational Governance Lead in the delivery of Quality Assurance (QA) and 1st Line of Defence (1LOD) outcome testing, including the implementation of remedial actions where required.

What you’ll do:

  • Support delivery of 1LOD testing across regulated finance and lead generation activities.
  • Identify, escalate and support the resolution of compliance and control issues.
  • Conduct monthly quality assurance reviews, driving continuous improvement.
  • Create and deliver training that strengthens regulatory knowledge and best practice.
  • Act as the trusted first point of contact for regulatory guidance and support.
  • Support the Operational Governance Lead, providing insights, data and meeting representation when needed.
  • Conduct reporting on lead generation data to ensure process adherence and support performance reporting.

What you’ll bring:

  • Strong numerical and communication skills.
  • Experience working within a regulated financial environment in the automotive industry.
  • An understanding of the regulatory landscape, including Consumer Duty requirements.
  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional outcomes.
  • Confident presenter, able to communicate complex information with impact and influence.
  • Strong financial acumen, backed by excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities while meeting tight deadlines.
