Position Available: Operational Lead in Unplanned Care Portfolio
Would you like to take up a position in a fast-paced service, working with hardworking and committed clinical staff?
A position has become available for an operational lead to join the Unplanned Care Portfolio in Adult Physical Health Services. The role includes responsibility for the leadership and management of the community service.
Key Dates:

Main Duties:
- Provide a managerial link into the team of advanced practitioners, community team leader, district nurses, staff nurses, health care support workers, supporting the teams to deliver high-quality safe care by ensuring teams have what they need to undertake their duties.
- Work closely with the portfolio lead in ensuring the delivery of safe, caring, responsive, effective, and well-led services that run 24/7.
- Be part of the escalation system and utilize appropriate systems to escalate concerns and risks.
- Lead pieces of work including learning reviews and action planning to support the service in learning from errors and implementing required changes.

- Complaints investigations
- HR investigations
- Budget management alongside the portfolio lead
- Be part of the on-call rota for the Trust
- Develop new initiatives in line with Trust values and increase productivity.
