Operational Manager Opportunity in Community Care Group Senior Leadership Team
The South and Central West Manchester Directorate has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to apply for a permanent full-time position in the Community Care Group Senior Leadership Team as an Operational Manager.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality community-based care across CMHT, Neighbourhood Teams, and Recovery Pathways. You will also support and deliver on service developments in relation to the community transformation agenda.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and management for the delivery of efficient and effective community mental health services.
- Lead, develop, promote, and evaluate a flexible service user-focused service.
- Ensure services work within policies and procedures and support service improvement.
Role Requirements
- Demonstrate extensive clinical knowledge and leadership skills.
- Have a clear passion for working with service users and their families and carers, as well as other key stakeholders.
- Experience managing a team/service, understanding the legislative frameworks we work within.
- Experience dealing with complex HR issues and managing budgets.
- Ability to problem-solve under pressure while supporting staff and service users.

Working Environment
This position is currently full-time and may require the post holder to travel to other sites within the directorate and other Trust locations as and when required. The post holder will also be expected to participate in the Bronze on-site/on-call rota.
