About you:
Qualifications & experience essential criteria
- Experience preferable of supervising or supporting staff within a health and social care setting.
- Experience of rota planning and workforce co-ordination
- Experience of supporting recruitment and the induction process
- Experience in maintaining records and producing reports.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and workforce management systems/scheduling.

Qualifications & experience desirable criteria:
- Management qualification or recognised leadership qualification.
- Relevant health or social care qualification.
- Experience of operating Out of Hours services.
- Experience using workforce scheduling systems such as Total Mobile.
- Experience working with commissioners and partner organisations.
- Knowledge of hospital discharge pathways and community services.
