Operational Oversight Manager
The Operational Oversight Manager is responsible for supporting the Head of Operational Oversight in providing effective oversight, monitoring, and challenge across operational functions, outsourced service providers, and key business processes. The role plays a critical part in ensuring operational activities are delivered in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies, service level expectations, and risk appetite.
