Operational Performance Improvement Consultant
Field / Client Sites
£80,000 plus car / car allowance, 33 days holiday, pension, bonus, life assurance, employee assistance programme, wellbeing support, and flexible benefits scheme
About the Job
Working within our Consultancy team as an Operational Performance Improvement Consultant you will support external clients within the following:
- Managing delivery of the specific project deliverables at sites and / or clients assigned, within allotted timeframes and within the agreed project budgets
- Developing strong relationships with key client management at operational and senior levels
- Leading or supporting project leads, Senior Consultants, and Business Development team in client reviews, scoping activities and client proposals
- Identifying on-selling opportunities and working with the Senior consultancy team to articulate the opportunity and create proposals
About You
We’d love you to have the following skills and experience, but please apply if you think you’d be able to perform well in this role!
- Solid experience in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous improvement - proven capability of process design and process improvement
- Experience of delivering Operational Excellence including data analysis and business cases to drive tangible results
- Ability to facilitate discussions and knowledge transfer sessions - excellent communication and presentation skills
- Confidence with, and competence in, dealing with multiple stakeholders across a range of management levels - ability to build credible relationships
- A high degree of initiative and strong problem-solving capability - ability to analyse complex situations and develop effective solutions
- Strong planning, organising, and time management skills
