About Us

Right across infrastructure, there’s a requirement to not only maintain, but also renew and reimagine. Whatever stage you’re at in your career, with us you’ll have an opportunity to grow and develop.

Delivering essential infrastructure services for life, while being safety first, and client and customer centric in a friendly, fun and respectful environment where you are encouraged to thrive.

Where will you be working?

At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

This role is within our Electricity Transmission division. We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity.

Want to come and be a part of it?

What you’ll do?

Do you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for getting things right first time?

We're looking for a Operational Quality Advisor to help drive high standards across our operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the best possible quality.

In this role, you'll carry out audits and inspections, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and work closely with operational teams to resolve issues and reduce defects. You'll use data and insights to spot trends, support continuous improvement initiatives, and provide practical guidance that helps teams perform at their best.

We're looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, can build strong relationships with stakeholders, and is confident using data to influence positive change. In return, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on quality performance while developing your skills in a supportive environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
