Senior Executive Operational Resilience
The role is responsible for the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the Bank's Operational Resilience Framework, ensuring compliance with FCA, PRA, and Bank of England requirements while safeguarding Important Business Services.
The successful candidate will lead resilience testing, impact tolerance assessments, audit and regulatory engagement, and coordinate business continuity and incident management activities to strengthen the Bank's ability to withstand and recover from disruption.

Responsibilities
- Lead resilience testing, impact tolerance assessments, audit and regulatory engagement.
- Coordinate business continuity and incident management activities.
- Ensure the Bank's ability to withstand and recover from disruption.
Requirements
- Experience in Operational Resilience, Business Continuity Management, or a related control function.
- Experience supporting or managing Important Business Services (IBS), impact tolerance assessments, and resilience testing exercises.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and preferably GRC tools.
