Experis Cross Border is currently supporting a global not-for-profit organization in a new opportunity for an Operational Resilience Analyst
The initial contract will be 3 months but with possibility of extensions or conversion to a permanent role.
The role is based in London is hybrid working, supporting the continued development, implementation, and ensuring their operational resilience capabilities, with a particular focus on Incident Management support, scenario testing, lessons learned, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Helping to coordinate operational resilience input during incidents, which includes gathering information from relevant teams, documenting key decisions, tracking actions, and supporting timely escalation where required.
- Support post-incident reviews and lessons learned activity by capturing observations, identifying recurring themes, documenting improvement actions, and tracking all remediation actions through to closure.
- Assist in the development of scenario test materials and maintain scenario test inventories, exercise records and action logs and help identify themes and trends from scenario testing activity.
- Help ensure that incidents affecting Important Business Services are assessed against agreed recovery requirements, tolerances, escalation criteria, and resilience expectations.

Essential Skills:
- Strong understanding of incident management principles which include incident escalation, impact assessment, action tracking, lessons learned, and post-incident review processes.
- Experience supporting scenario testing, tabletop exercises, simulations, business continuity exercises, disaster recovery testing, maintaining action logs, issue trackers and test records.
- Strong analytical skills and organizational skills with strong communication to create clear and accurate documentation.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a changing or time-sensitive environment.
