Operational Resilience Consultant

£60,000 – £95,000 | Hybrid 2 days per week | London

We’re working with a leading technology and management consultancy that is expanding its Digital Trust and Cyber Security team and is looking for an experienced Operational Resilience Consultant.

This is an opportunity to work across complex client environments, helping organisations understand and address vulnerabilities across their operations, technology, people, suppliers and wider business ecosystem.

The Role

As an Operational Resilience Consultant, you’ll work with clients to assess and strengthen their ability to withstand disruption, respond effectively to incidents and maintain critical business services.

You’ll:

  • Analyse end-to-end business operations to identify resilience vulnerabilities and areas for improvement.
  • Take a broader view of operational resilience beyond traditional Business Continuity Management.
  • Assess resilience across areas including technology, people, security, third parties and critical IT services.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to understand risks and develop practical resilience strategies.
  • Apply risk management principles to complex organisational and technology environments.
  • Support the development of operational resilience propositions, methodologies and client solutions.
  • Contribute to thought leadership, internal assets and the continued growth of the Operational Resilience capability.
  • Work collaboratively alongside specialists across technology, cyber security, risk, design and consulting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
