Operational Resilience Consultant
Location: UK Wide – Hybrid Salary: £60,000 – £105,000 + bonus & benefits
Who you’ll be working with
A leading consultancy is looking for an Operational Resilience Consultant to join its Digital Trust and Cyber Security team.
You’ll work with clients across a range of sectors, helping them identify vulnerabilities and build resilience across people, technology, third parties, security and critical business services.
What you’ll be doing
- Assessing end-to-end operations and identifying resilience risks.
- Developing and implementing operational resilience strategies.
- Working across Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, Crisis Management, IT Resilience and Third Party Risk.
- Advising clients on regulatory and industry requirements.
- Managing client stakeholders and contributing to workshops and presentations.
- Supporting the development of the wider Operational Resilience practice.

What we need
- 3+ years' experience across Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Technology Risk, IT Continuity, Disaster Recovery or related areas.
- Strong understanding of how IT supports critical business operations.
- Experience managing stakeholders in a client-facing environment.
- Knowledge of relevant resilience, risk or security standards.
- COBIT / ITIL knowledge is beneficial.
- Financial Services experience is advantageous but not essential.
- BCI, DRI, CISSP or IRM qualifications are desirable.
