Global Financial Services organisation is hiring for an experienced Operational Resilience Consultant to join their team based in London. This is a permanent role with a hybrid working pattern of 3-4 days per week in the City office. Salary ranges between £50K - £63K (depending on experience) + Bonus and Benefits.
You will be working with UK Banking, Insurance and Financial Services clients, helping them build and enhance robust Operational Resilience frameworks and meet regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Operational Resilience programmes across Financial Services.
- Identify Important Business Services (IBS), impact tolerances and critical dependencies.
- Lead service mapping, resilience assessments and scenario testing.
- Develop governance frameworks, policies, MI and remediation plans.
- Support FCA/PRA regulatory reviews, audits and assurance activity.
- Embed resilience across Operational Risk, Business Continuity, Technology, Cyber and Third-Party Risk.
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders and facilitate client workshops.

Skills and Experience:

- 5-8 years experience in Operational Resilience / Operational Risk / Business Continuity / Risk Consulting.
- Strong hands-on experience with FCA/PRA Operational Resilience requirements.
- Knowledge of IBS, impact tolerances, service mapping and scenario testing.
- Financial Services experience, ideally across Banking and/or Insurance.
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills.
- Experience with BCP, Disaster Recovery and Third-Party Risk.
- DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act)
