Here, our people come first; our colleagues are part of a team that values individuality, collaboration, and long-standing relationships. What You Will Do

Strategy & Delivery

  • Deliver cross-functional resilience initiatives across important business services, business continuity, OCIR, cyber resilience, technology resilience and emerging technology resilience
  • Embed resilience-by-design across strategic change, programs, projects, automation and AI-enabled services, ensuring resilience risks are identified and managed throughout the lifecycle
  • Coordinate business, technology, cyber security, data, third-party and operational risk teams to deliver joined-up resilience outcomes

Framework Ownership

  • Own and continuously improve assigned components of the Operational Resilience Framework, including standards, methodologies and tooling for areas such as business continuity, OCIR, mapping and scenario testing
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing oversight, challenge and guidance to resilience capabilities and ensuring consistent adoption across the bank
  • Align operational resilience framework components with cyber resilience, technology resilience, operational risk and information security frameworks, including approaches for critical technologies, AI-enabled services, automation, cloud, data and third-party technology providers

Embedding & Resilience Outcomes

  • Embed important business services, impact tolerances, mapping and scenario testing so the bank can remain within tolerance during severe but plausible disruption
  • Identify resilience vulnerabilities and lead remediation activity to improve service resilience outcomes
  • Ensure assessments cover cyber attack, technology failure, third-party failure, data corruption, loss of critical skills and failure of automated or AI-enabled processes
  • Promote resilience ownership and accountability through education, guidance, constructive challenge, cross-functional improvement plans and continuous improvement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

So if you are excited about working with us and think you can do much of what we are looking for but aren’t sure if you are 100% there yet… why not give it a whirl? Good luck!
