Robert Half is supporting a leading global risk consulting firm in identifying an Interim Operational Resilience PMO Associate to provide immediate support during a period of transition within a high-profile financial services resilience programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on PMO professional with exposure to operational resilience, governance, regulatory programmes, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting critical resilience initiatives across the financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities
- PMO support across operational resilience programmes
- Coordination of governance forums, steering committees and working groups
- Preparation of packs, presentations and programme reporting
- Risk, issue and action tracking
- Stakeholder engagement across client, regulatory and internal teams
- Support delivery of resilience exercises, workshops and planning activities
- Programme planning, dependency management and progress reporting

Experience Required
- Demonstrable PMO experience within complex programmes
- Exposure to Operational Resilience, Business Continuity, Risk or Regulatory Change initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience producing governance packs and programme reporting
- Financial Services experience preferred
- Ability to start immediately or 1-2 week turnaround
