We’re looking for an analytical and detail-focused Operational Risk Analyst to join a specialist Primary Dealer Reporting team within a leading global financial services organisation.
You’ll play an important role in maintaining accurate, timely and compliant regulatory reporting while helping strengthen the organisation’s risk and control environment.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver monthly Primary Dealer reporting to multiple Debt Management Offices
- Review and resolve trade, position and transaction reporting exceptions
- Monitor data quality, reporting accuracy and completeness
- Identify reporting risks and drive issues through to remediation
- Partner with Operations, Technology and other key stakeholders
- Support process improvements, testing and control enhancements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, governance standards and internal policies

What we’re looking for:
- Experience within financial services, operational risk or regulatory reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience investigating exceptions or resolving reporting issues
- Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A proactive, collaborative and control-focused approach
