Location: London (Hybrid, 1 day a week in the office)
Salary: £75k - £85k + bonus + benefits

What you’ll be doing

• You'll own the design, development, and implementation of the Operational Risk Framework and supporting systems, including the Operational Risk, Incidents and Breaches policies, the RCSA framework, KRIs, risk event management, control assurance and action tracking.
• You'll set standards for Operational Risk data quality and MI, assess organisational capability, and develop guidance, training, and tools that embed consistent and proportionate risk management across the business.
• You'll also design and lead a risk-based program of thematic reviews, deep dives, and control testing across material operational risk areas, evaluating evidence, determining findings, and agreeing proportionate remediation.
