Operational Resiliency Manager
A leading financial service firm requires an experienced Operational Resiliency Manager to join their busy London team. Working with key stakeholders, the successful candidate will be a key London team leader.
Duties & Responsibilities of an Operational Resiliency Manager
- Lead technical exercise programmes and drive enhancement actions
- Support the design of stress-testing scenarios
- Support governance through minute taking and actions plans
- Draft finding reports and deliver responses and enhance/maintain the operational resiliency framework.
- Maintain internal calendars, coordinate events, maintain the internal risk register, and support wider policy initiatives.

You will have proven operational resiliency and project management experience ideally gained through the banking and/or financial services sectors.
