Operational Security Lead & Cyber Vulnerability Manager, Berkshire / Hybrid
Market leading company in the financial service sector is looking for an Operational Security Lead & Cyber Vulnerability Manager who will be responsible for leading the organisation's operational cyber security capability, ensuring the delivery of security operations, cyber incident management and infrastructure and cloud vulnerability management across the enterprise. Providing operational leadership for the identification, assessment and remediation of cyber security risks you will drive the organisation's security position across infrastructure, cloud services and third parties. This includes security monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence, vulnerability assessment and ensuring all risks are managed taking into account business priorities and regulatory requirements.

Key Accountabilities
- Reduction of Cyber risk exposure through strong Security Operations Leadership.
- Cyber Incident Management and resolution.
- Infrastructure and Cloud vulnerability management.
- Firewall, Networking and Security configuration reviews.
- Third party assessment.
- Security Service Requests and Operational compliance.
- Security awareness campaigns.
Experience Required
- Proven decision making experience in relation to cyber risk and dealing with security incidents and vulnerability management.
- Proven experience across Cyber Security Operations, Cyber Defence and Vulnerability Management.
- Strong technical understanding across infrastructure, cloud (Azure preferred), vulnerability assessment and security compliance reviews.
- Good knowledge working in a regulated environment (financial services preferred).
- Strong stakeholder management and people management experience.
- Proven ability to present to senior management.
- Further technical skills to include some of the following - Threat intelligence, Data Loss Prevention, Security Monitoring and SIEM Operations, Network Security, etc
