Job Description
We're looking for an Operational Solutions Support Lead to join our team and play a key role in delivering operational systems, solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives across our Chilled network.
Working closely with Operations, Continuous Improvement, Projects, IT, and Business Unit stakeholders, you'll support the successful implementation of operational solutions, ensure best practice is embedded across sites, and drive adoption of new processes and ways of working.
This is a highly visible role requiring regular travel, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence teams at all levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the key contact for operational systems and solutions across multiple sites.
- Support operational change projects, system implementations, and process improvements.
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and governance.
- Build strong relationships with Operations, IT, CI, and Project teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
- Drive standardisation, compliance, and best practice across the network.
- Support site teams with operational challenges, system issues, and performance improvement activities.
- Deliver training, coaching, and support to end users and operational teams.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and implementation progress, ensuring solutions are embedded successfully.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve efficiency, and enhance operational performance.

Qualifications
- Significant experience within warehousing, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Experience leading or supporting operational systems implementations and business change projects.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Experience managing UAT, governance, and change adoption activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- The confidence to challenge existing ways of working and drive positive change.
- Experience within chilled logistics, FMCG, or 3PL environments would be advantageous.
