Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (40%)
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Support employee training, corporate culture development, and organization of team activities.
- Assist with local work visa applications and related formalities.
Administration (50%)
- Manage daily office administration, including document filing, meeting scheduling, office supplies procurement, and vendor management.
- Assist in organizing company events, supporting business receptions, and government liaison.
- Maintain compliance and validity of company licenses, contracts, and documents.
- Strengthen employee relations and promote corporate core values.

Finance (10%)
- Assist with daily accounting, expense reimbursement, invoice verification, and financial document filing.
- Support preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Follow up on budget implementation and cost control; participate in annual audit and tax declaration.
- Cooperate with local finance teams and external auditors to ensure compliant operations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Human Resource Management, Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields are preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in HR, administration, or finance; experience in multinational or local enterprises is a plus.
- Familiar with relevant laws, regulations, and practical procedures for HR, administration, and finance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP or financial management systems is preferred.
- Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
