Role Description

The Operational Specialist is a full-time, offshore remote position working from India, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of core estate agency operations in England, UK. This position oversees property listings, coordinates appointments and viewings, and supports transaction processes from initial inquiry through completion. The role includes monitoring and improving internal workflows, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with sales and lettings teams to deliver consistent service levels. The Operational Specialist will analyze operational performance, identify process improvements, and assist with small projects that enhance efficiency and client experience. This individual also serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, helping align operational activities with business goals.
