Role Description
The Operational Specialist is a full-time, offshore remote position working from India, responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of core estate agency operations in England, UK. This position oversees property listings, coordinates appointments and viewings, and supports transaction processes from initial inquiry through completion. The role includes monitoring and improving internal workflows, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with sales and lettings teams to deliver consistent service levels. The Operational Specialist will analyze operational performance, identify process improvements, and assist with small projects that enhance efficiency and client experience. This individual also serves as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, helping align operational activities with business goals.

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to track performance metrics, interpret data, and recommend operational improvements.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales capabilities to support the sales and lettings teams in converting leads and enhancing client journeys.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to coordinate processes, manage workflows, and maintain high service standards.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, organize, and deliver small operational initiatives on time and within scope.
- Relevant experience in real estate, property management, or a similar customer-focused environment is beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with common office and CRM software are advantageous.
- A background in business, operations, or a related field (formal education or equivalent experience) is preferred.
