Role Description
The Operational Specialist is a contract role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines time on-site with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist will oversee day-to-day microhub operations, including monitoring fleet activity, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring operational processes are followed.

The Operational Specialist will help ensure that operational standards, safety procedures, and sustainability goals are consistently met.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
- Experience in Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization, logistics, or supply chain environments.
- Proven Project Management abilities, including planning, coordination, and timely execution of operational initiatives.
- Background in Sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial for supporting commercial objectives and partner relationships.
- Knowledge of urban logistics, transportation, or mobility sectors is an advantage.
- Comfort using software tools and dashboards to manage workflows and monitor performance.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Relevant education or equivalent experience in operations, business, logistics, or a related field.
