Role Description

The Operational Specialist is a contract role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a hybrid work arrangement that combines time on-site with some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the specialist will oversee day-to-day microhub operations, including monitoring fleet activity, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring operational processes are followed.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Maintaining clear communication with internal and external stakeholders

The Operational Specialist will help ensure that operational standards, safety procedures, and sustainability goals are consistently met.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret operational data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
  • Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners, and customers.
  • Experience in Operations Management, with a focus on process optimization, logistics, or supply chain environments.
  • Proven Project Management abilities, including planning, coordination, and timely execution of operational initiatives.
  • Background in Sales or customer-facing roles is beneficial for supporting commercial objectives and partner relationships.
  • Knowledge of urban logistics, transportation, or mobility sectors is an advantage.
  • Comfort using software tools and dashboards to manage workflows and monitor performance.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Relevant education or equivalent experience in operations, business, logistics, or a related field.
