Travel Administration and Operations Assistant
Required for this niche luxury travel company based in West London are looking for an experienced travel industry professional with experience in operations/Administration. The role is Monday to Friday, 3 days in the office in the Hammersmith area. Salary around 28/32k, but they are flexible plus benefits.
Travel Administration and Operations Assistants Duties
- Preparing and checking clients' travel documentation, including itineraries, vouchers, tickets, and travel information
- Preparing and updating invoices, booking confirmations, and other client documentation
- Assisting the sales team with the administration of confirming bookings
- Creating, formatting, and updating day-by-day itineraries
- Updating holiday packages, hotel information, prices, and other content on the website
- Checking booking details and ensuring the information is accurate

- Travel administration/operations experience is a must
- Able to work 3 days a week in their Hammersmith office
- Very good written and spoken English
- Confident computer skills
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Comfortable working with numbers and pricing
