Where will you be working?
At M Group Telecom, we’re enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.
We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.
- Mobile networks where we keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

Based at our office in Diseworth (Hybrid), we’re looking for an organised and proactive Operational Support Coordinator to join our growing Mobility Projects team. You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team that prides itself on delivering exceptional results while continuously looking for ways to improve. What will you be doing?
As an Operational Support Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our projects by keeping processes, documentation, and schedules running smoothly. You'll work closely with the wider team to prepare and manage site access requests, permits, project documentation, trackers, and reports. You'll help coordinate handover activities, maintain accurate project records, and ensure key information is captured and communicated effectively. No two days will be the same, and you'll be an essential part of ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What you'll bring?
You'll be a highly organised individual with previous administration or coordination experience and a keen eye for detail. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, adapting to changing demands, and working to deadlines without compromising quality. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach are essential, as you'll build effective working relationships across the business. You'll have good IT skills, particularly across Microsoft Office applications including Excel, and you'll enjoy solving problems and finding ways to improve processes. Experience within mobile telecoms or infrastructure environments would be advantageous, as would familiarity with Site Tracker, but most importantly you'll bring a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering excellent support to the team.
