Your Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and people-focused Operations Support Team Leader – Planning and Scheduling to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you will lead the Planning and Scheduling function, ensuring the efficient delivery of back-office support while driving operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience across B. Braun’s service operations.
You will oversee day-to-day team activities, support performance management, and work closely with Field Service Engineers, Workshop teams, and key stakeholders to optimise resource planning, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
As a people manager, you’ll play an essential part in shaping a positive, inclusive, and development-focused culture across the site. Working hours:
- 37.5 hours per week, on-site, Monday – Friday

Location:
- Working 5 days a week onsite at Chambers Way, Sheffield, S35 2PH. We offer free onsite parking.
Your main responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for customer enquiries, including quotes, orders, products, and services
- Log and escalate customer feedback and complaints in line with quality processes
- Support planning, scheduling, and capacity management to optimise engineer efficiency
- Work closely with technical and engineering teams to support service delivery
- Liaise with third-party repairers and engineers to meet turnaround targets
- Contribute to team collaboration, sharing best practice and supporting performance
What you need to succeed:
- Experience in Planning and Scheduling within a technical and service environment.
- Previous team leadership and performance management experience
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and lead under pressure
- Level of IT literacy (e.g. SAP, ServiceMax, Salesforce)
- Understanding of quality standards and regulated environments (desirable)
