What You’ll Do
- Partner with warehouse leaders to identify capability gaps and develop training plans.
- Coordinate onboarding, operational skills and frontline management training.
- Collect and analyse training data, including attendance, completion, assessments, certification and employee performance.
- Consolidate European business-line SOPs and turn operational knowledge into courses, toolkits and job aids.
- Coordinate internal trainers and subject-matter experts, including Train-the-Trainer programmes.
- Manage training calendars, milestones, deliverables and follow-up actions as a Training PMO.
- Support high-potential employees and the frontline management talent pipeline.
- Standardise and share training resources and best practices across European markets.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in Training, L&D, Training Operations, HRBP or Project Management.
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfilment, manufacturing or frontline operations is preferred.
- Understanding of inbound, storage, picking, packing and outbound processes is a strong advantage.
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, project coordination and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; LMS or dashboard experience is a plus.
- Fluent English; Chinese or another European language is an advantage.
- Willingness to visit and support operational sites when required.
