We are looking for an Operational Training Manager to join our M&S site in Bradford. You will lead the training agenda across our Bradford site. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll drive operational capability, safety, compliance and colleague development across the business. Leading our Operational and MHE Training Team, you'll ensure colleagues have the skills, knowledge and confidence to perform at their best while supporting business performance and continuous improvement.
This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 with some flexibility required.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £40,000 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Leading and developing the Operational and MHE Training Team, creating a positive learning culture across the site
- Designing, delivering and governing operational training plans that support business priorities, compliance requirements and operational performance
- Driving Health & Safety initiatives and ensuring all safety and compliance training is delivered to the highest standards
- Managing site onboarding, inductions and competency programmes to ensure colleagues are fully equipped for success
- Maintaining training records, reporting and governance processes to support audits and regulatory requirements
- Working closely with operational leaders and stakeholders to identify capability gaps, develop succession plans and build future talent pipelines

What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Proven experience leading and developing teams within a training, learning or operational environment.
- Strong expertise in training design, delivery, compliance and governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build credibility and drive engagement at all levels
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, combined with a people-focused leadership style
- Experience managing change, solving complex problems and making sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
