Operational Training Team Leader – Leicester
Noble Foods | Home of the Happy Egg Co.
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Operational Training Team Leader to join our manufacturing team in Leicester.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on training, capability development, compliance and people development, alongside day-to-day Team Leader responsibilities.
The role:
- Lead and coordinate operational training across production
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records and competency matrices
- Deliver inductions, skills training and competency assessments
- Identify training needs and close skills gaps
- Coach and develop departmental trainers and team members
- Support GMP, food safety, H&S and audit requirements
- Drive a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence

What we’re looking for:
- Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or production
- Previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, Trainer or Training Lead
- Experience delivering workplace training and competency assessments
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety and Health & Safety
- Strong communication, coaching and organisational skills
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Location: Leicester
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
