Role Description
The Operations Assistant is a part-time role based in Hammersmith. This role supports day-to-day operations, including order processing, inventory coordination, and ensuring smooth logistics for customer orders and wholesale partners. The Operations Assistant helps maintain accurate records, prepares reports for management, and assists with operational documentation and process updates. Responsibilities also include responding to customer and partner inquiries, liaising with suppliers and couriers, and coordinating with the wider team to support events, launches, and seasonal peaks. The role requires a detail-focused individual who can manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and contribute to operational efficiency in a growing luxury jewellery brand.

- Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to support daily workflow, order handling, and process improvement.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track inventory, interpret operational data, and identify opportunities to streamline procedures.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle enquiries professionally and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Candidates should ideally have experience in retail, e-commerce, or luxury goods operations, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Candidates should be comfortable with basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, email, inventory systems) and able to learn new tools quickly.
- Candidates should demonstrate reliability, time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team in a hybrid environment.
