Role Description
The Operations Administrative Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in London. This role supports day-to-day office operations, including managing documentation, organizing schedules, and maintaining accurate records for vehicle hire activities. Responsibilities include:

- Handling customer inquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Preparing hire agreements
- Updating internal systems
- Coordinating with the operations team to ensure efficient vehicle allocation
- Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, processing payments, and assisting with basic reporting and inventory checks

The successful candidate will contribute to smooth operational workflows and consistent, professional customer service.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess operations and general administration skills to support daily workflows and record-keeping.
- Candidates should possess administrative assistance skills, including organizing schedules, managing documents, and handling office tasks.
- Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and basic data entry skills is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment are expected.
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role, ideally within a service or transport-related business, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in London and collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- Full UK Driving licence is also an advantage.
