Operations Administrator | London / Hybrid | £27,000
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with specialist sports tour operator who are recruiting an Operations Administrator to join their dynamic and fast-paced team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive professional with a passion for motorsport and travel, who is keen to play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences for clients travelling to events around the world.
The Role:
As Operations Administrator, you will support the smooth planning and delivery of specialist motorsport holidays and events. You will work across a range of operational and administrative responsibilities, liaising with suppliers, managing travel arrangements and ensuring clients receive accurate and timely information ahead of their trips.

You Will Have:
- Previous administration experience, ideally gained within the travel sector
- A genuine passion for motorsport and travel
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and work with a high level of urgency
- Strong attention to detail, including accurate grammar and numerical skills
- Experience using Microsoft applications, including a basic working knowledge of Excel
- The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems
- Confidence communicating and liaising with suppliers
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall customer experience

Additional Info:
- Salary £27,000
- Hybrid working model 3 days in the office in SW London and 2 days working from home (after training)
