Why this role is important to us

Leading Resolutions is a small company with an impressive client list including names you’ll recognise. We deliver technology projects and services for our clients. We’ve a network of incredible independent consultants who bring their own expertise, and work with us to deliver those projects and services. These consultants are at the heart of what we do so they’ll be your focus. In this role you’ll look after all the things that make working with us feel welcoming, personalised and well organised so they can easily land with our client on day one; you’ll support their journey with us; and make sure every i is dotted and t crossed when it comes to compliance. This means taking care of everything they and we need – contracts, insurance, systems access, welcome packs, background checks, how-to guides, help with timesheets and more.

What you’ll do

This role is an administrative one - so systems, processes and governance will be your thing. You’ll like navigating through systems, enjoy a neat and accurate spreadsheet, can create contracts with lots of details, are good at juggling several things at once and can turn around a request quickly. You’ll have an aptitude for supporting people to work within parameters, can write a good email or guide that’s friendly and clear and are happy to pick up the phone and have a chat with our consultants.

A typical day will include:

  • Making sure each onboarding step is done on time, so day one goes without a hitch
  • Keeping good track of all onboarding and offboarding activity to provide transparency
  • Ensuring our system is current and using external applications
  • Helping others stick to agreed ways of working
  • Completing a wide variety of different administrative tasks
  • Keeping all our documents up to date, neatly stored and easy to find
  • Responding to a range of queries, some of which might require some problem solving or new learning
  • Creating clear and simple guidelines and emails that anyone can follow
  • Lots of contact with teammates, consultants and external suppliers
  • Helping out with, suggesting, or taking on small projects

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This might suit you if you’ve experience in administration, operations, HR, or a similar process-focused role.

What good looks like

We like to respond quickly and flexibly to our clients, so you’ll be comfortable getting things done in different ways depending on the day’s demands. You’ll not be phased by ambiguity, moving goalposts or stepping outside of typical ways of working. You’ll be confident to apply a little friendly pressure to get what you need and still keep a sense of humour if the day throws you a couple of bumps in the road.

You won’t get lost in a crowd here. There’s mostly just one brilliant person doing each role in the team, so you’ll have purpose, responsibility and an important place here. This also means we’re used to bending and flexing to help each other get things done when it gets busy.

You’ll:

  • Pay close attention to lots of small details, having an eye for when something looks out of place and confidence to follow it up
  • Quality check your own work with a right-first-time approach
  • Know how to build relationships and trust, and how to get what the team needs from busy people when we need it
  • Organise your own time, manage your own to-do list and know when to ask for help
  • Have an eye on how we’re doing and make suggestions that improve how we do things. Notice if things aren’t working as well as they should and be confident to fix or flag
  • Be curious to know how things work, not just the things on your to-do list, ensuring our work blends seamlessly with that of others. Be thoughtful about how your work might help others and be a proactive and dependable teammate
  • Take an interest in numbers and information and what they tell us. Use or create reports and dashboards to help us along
  • Be comfortable navigating your way around Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and happy to learn new systems
  • Be flexible to take on new responsibilities or out-of-the-ordinary tasks, and sometimes volunteer to help out outside of your role

How you’ll fit in

This role is in our Operations Team working closely with the Operations Manager and Head of Consultancy, but you’ll work with almost everyone in the company. It’s an established role but with room for the right person to add their stamp to it. If you’re an ‘I’ve had an idea!’ kind of person, we’d love to hear from you. If you can turn an idea into change and impact, even better.

Where you’ll work

You’ll work in the office in Royal Wootton Bassett three days per week, with Wednesday and Friday worked remotely. Office days with free parking are typically 8.30am to 4.30pm, and remote days are typically 9am to 5pm. Our office is bright and relaxed with only the occasional suit. Our leadership team sits right out in the open with everyone else and there’s lots of tea, coffee and brioche to keep us fuelled. We have plenty of quiet time and there are spaces to get your head down, but we also enjoy the benefits that being in the same place brings to our work.
